Refund and Returns Policy
No Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges as a standard policy.
Refunds (Only in Specific Cases)
If a customer requests a refund, it will only be processed under the following conditions:
- The customer must send the product back to us (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed).
- Once we receive the product and verify it is in acceptable condition, we will initiate the refund.
- The refund amount will be issued after deduction of shipping charges (and any other applicable delivery/courier fees).
Condition of Returned Product
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:
- Returned in original condition
- Unused and not damaged
- With original packaging (if applicable)
If the product is used, damaged, or missing parts/packaging, the refund may be refused or adjusted.
