We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return.

All items are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in excellent condition. If you are still not satisfied or an item delivered is seen as broken, then you can exchange or return it within seven days of purchase, and you will receive a 100% Full Refund.

Refunding/Exchanged Criteria:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@beautymart.pk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

However, for a product to be successfully refunded or exchanged :

The item must be unused. 

It should be in its original packaging

The receipt should also be on display.
